Managers can clock people in and out, and fix or add timesheets, straight from the POS. Most of the buttons ask for a PIN. Running payroll from the timesheets is done in BREW POS Admin and covered in Managing time cards and payroll.
You need manager permission.
1. Tap Tools, top right (Figure 1).

3. Choose My Timesheets or All Employees (Figure 3).

The screen has two halves (Figure 4).

People clocked in now are shown in green.
• Clock In clocks someone in. You are asked who.
• Clock Out clocks out the person selected in the list.
• Edit changes the selected timesheet.
• Delete removes the selected timesheet.
People who never clocked out are shown in red.
• New adds a timesheet for a day other than today.
• Edit changes the selected timesheet.
• Delete removes the selected timesheet.
Edit opens the timesheet (Figure 5). You can change any field on it, including the job code, the times and the tips. Tap the check mark to save.
